Refund policy

I want you to be satisfied with your purchases and will always work to find a solution for any issues.  If I need to repair something, exchange or return I will work with you to find the best solution.  

Please contact me if you are not satisfied in anyway, and I will work to find a solution for you.  

Shipping, duty costs or Tariff fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If your stretch bracelets get loose, send/give me the pieces and I will gladly re-string or repair any chains, etc.  I use the highest quality stretch cord, but it will eventually break down.  I'm always happy to re-string.
